Allison Bailes Presents at 2010 RESNET Conference

Energy Vanguard’s president, Allison Bailes, gave a presentation titled “EEMs & EIMs: The Next Generation,” at the RESNET Conference in Raleigh, NC last week. Dr. Bailes gave the home energy rater’s perspective on energy efficient mortgages and energy improvement mortgages, and his co-presenter, Geoff Ferland of EcoLend, gave the lender’s perspective.
