Jeffrey Sauls Passes RESNET QAD Test
Jeffrey Sauls, Energy Vanguard’s new Building Science Associate, passed the RESNET Quality Assurance Designee (QAD) test today. All RESNET Quality Assurance Designees and HERS Trainers must pass this test as one step in the certification process. Once he has had five of his home energy ratings field-verified, he will be able to submit his application to RESNET to be certified as a QAD. Currently, only about 100 people are certified QADs nationwide.

Upon certification, Jeffrey will take over as the primary QAD for Energy Vanguard Energy Ratings (EVER). In that capacity, he will work with EVER’s certified raters—answering questions, doing quality assurance on their HERS ratings, and reporting to RESNET.
If you will be at the RESNET conference in Austin, Texas next week, please stop by the Energy Vanguard booth (#128) and meet Jeffrey in person.
